Sunthread — Rutilated Quartz Opera Necklace

Small tumbled stones of rutilated quartz, each threaded on a fine gold pin and turned into a loop by hand, then linked one to the next in a long, easy line. Water-clear crystal holds fine needles of rutile inside, some dark and wispy, some golden like threads of light, drawn by nature over thousands of years. Light, luminous and made to wear every day.
